The service Sharrifona lets you design a digital invitation for a wedding or an engagement, publish it at a link on sharrifona.com, and collect guests' answers if your package includes them. Designing is free; publishing follows payment.

Your account

You need an account with a Saudi mobile number and a verified email.
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for what is published from your account.
We may suspend an account or an invitation that breaks these terms.

Packages and prices

Two packages: «Invitation», for viewing only, and «Invitation and attendance», with attendance confirmation, the guest list and export. The price shown on the payment page when the order is made is what you pay, and it does not change afterwards.
You pay once, with no subscription.
You may upgrade from «Invitation» to «Invitation and attendance» by paying the difference as a new order.

Payment and review

Payment is by bank transfer to one of the accounts shown, followed by uploading the receipt.
We review the receipt and publish the invitation, usually within 12 hours. We may reject a receipt whose amount does not match or whose transfer has not arrived, and we say why.
Once approved, a «payment receipt» appears in your account; it is not a tax invoice.

Refunds

A full refund before the invitation is published: cancel the order, write your IBAN, and we transfer the amount back.
No refund after the invitation is published.

After publishing

The template is locked after payment; the content stays editable and you publish your changes yourself.
The event's date cannot change after publishing; if the event is postponed, contact us to extend the link.
The link works until 7 days after the event, and guests' data is deleted 30 days after it ends.
Each «Invitation and attendance» invitation has a response cap (500 responses), which can be raised on request.

Content

You are responsible for what you write in the invitation and for your right to publish it.
Offensive or unlawful content, impersonation, and asking guests for money or defrauding them are not allowed.
Any guest may report an invitation; we review reports and suspend an invitation that breaks these terms, telling you why.

Liability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We are not responsible for what hosts or guests write, nor for what follows from sharing the link outside the platform. Our liability never exceeds the amount paid for the invitation concerned.

Changes to these terms

We publish any change on this page as a new, dated version; it applies to new orders.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
